Warehouse Water and Mold Problem in Eagle Rock

This pictured fabricating and storage facility was flooded from groundwater that was allowed to stand for several days before our SERVPRO crew was called upon to remove the liquid. It was dirty and contaminated with chemicals and pesticides. We pumped out the two inches or so of water using our heavy duty truck mounted equipment and then began the very important drying out process. To limit the migration of contaminated particulates and mold spores we set up a sealed dehumidifying system that exhausted the moisture and air to the exterior of the plant. This planned out methodology successfully reduced the interior humidity of the flooring and the air to acceptable levels.
