Commercial Water Damage in Northeast Los Angeles

Early in the morning the fire-suppressant sprinkler system activated and even sprung a leak at one sprinkler head. The ceiling gave way at that rupture and compounded the cleanup and water damage restoration service. Since this was an assisted care home, it was expedient and necessary to remove the waterlogged commercial grade carpeting. We immediately began to vacuum up the remaining water after the removal of the floor covering and then placed a large number of air movers and dehumidifiers to restore an acceptable level of the indoor air quality. We treated the damp voided area above the hallway and disinfected the entire affected region as part of the process. The inconvenience to the residents of the assisted living facility was nominal as we strove to be as unobtrusive as possible. The management was pleased with our work and empathy for the elderly.
