Motel In Eagle Rock Has a Water Problem

The roof on this motel in Eagle Rock failed, and rainwater seeped down into the ceiling of this second story room. The soggy drywall, popcorned ceiling was removed in the water damaged areas. We placed drying machines to remove the moisture from the wetted ceiling joists before applying an antimicrobial agent to prohibit mold and pathogens from getting a foothold. Our SERVPRO of Eagle Rock water damaged specialists completed this job from demolition to installing the new ceiling.
