Fire Damage in Eagle Rock

The shell remaining from this Eagle Rock home was the result of a kitchen fire that did some significant damage to several rooms. Fortunately, the solidly built brick home contained the fire damage to the interior of the house. Our SERVPRO demolition crew removed the burnt cabinetry, fixtures, appliances, and building materials down to what you see here. We removed the water and the moisture using our heavy duty equipment for these tasks and then proceeded to rid the interior of smoke odors and soot residue. We readied the interior rooms for a new rebuild and passed the work along to one of our trade partners to ensure a happy result for our client.
