Eagle Rock Water Damage

The water damage in this Eagle Rock home from a broken pipe near the water heater leaked into the kitchen,  water closet and all the way over to the master bedroom. Some of the floors were soaked thoroughly and  needed to be removed to dry out the subfloors beneath.
