Commercial Storm Damage – Eagle Rock Office Building

Storm damage occurred at this Eaglerock office building when high winds from a band of thunderstorms tore away part of the roof. High volumes of rainwater poured through the damaged roof and collected on the ceiling panels until they could not support the weight any longer. The water had already begun to enter the office space, but with the panels of ceiling falling the water damage became more pronounced. The before photo shows the ceiling after it collapsed. The after photo shows industrial air movers and dehumidifiers being used to help dry the area.
