Commercial Fire Damage – Eagle Rock Hotel
Fire damage to this Eagle Rock hotel was unusual. It was a false alarm activated by smoke detectors. That set off the release of a fire suppressant powder. There was no fire to put out. It was a false alarm. That left the powder on the commercial grade carpeting. SERVPRO of Eagle Rock / South Glendale would arrange to fix the fire detectors. We would set up a containment area to prevent the spread of the powder to other areas of the hotel and then vacuum with HEPA filtered equipment to suction the dust from the carpeting. We would wrap the project up with a commercial carpet cleaning.
