Mold Damage – Eagle Rock Apartment Construction
Mold damage at this Eagle Rock apartment appeared while the project was under construction. Heavy rains had deposited moisture onto the drywall before roof construction was finished. Apartment building codes require a double-layered firewall between the studs. Due to this feature we had to physically clean and treat the drywall by hand to remediate the mold growth.
