Water Damage – Eagle Rock Kitchen

Water damage struck this Eagle Rock kitchen floor. The water damage was contaminated water, and the homeowner wanted us to remove the flooring and sanitize the subfloor. She then wanted a new floor installed. We demolished the tile flooring and then thoroughly cleaned and dried the subflooring. We used industrial air movers and dehumidifiers to aid in the drying phase of the process. We prepared the surface for a new floor and then installed it. We are always sensitive to the wishes of our client and try to deliver what they expect. We follow IICRC and SERVPRO guidelines to complete the project.
